Three Black Crows

  • Three Black Crows ~ the important bit is that the second candlestick is above the close of the first candlestick, ideally around mid point of the previous candlestick, only ideally though, and likewise, the third open is above the second close, again at mid-ish point, and they all have long bodies showing selling pressure, and a small wick showing that little else happening besides that selling pressure. The Physcology is that the trend has now reversed as shown by the first red candlestick, and as the second red candlestick open is above the close of the first candlestick etc…, the bears see value in that potential downtrend, and hit that value forcing that second candlestick down further, and again with the third candlestick
